2010年12月17日(金)から18日（土）の一泊二日で、兵庫県三田市・山西福祉記念会館三田分館で、2012年3月卒業予定者を対象にしたＯＩＣキャリアブートキャンプ2010が開催されました。
2012年3月卒業予定者の就職活動が本格化するシーズンを迎え、すでに就職が決まっている先輩学生メンターや卒業生・教職員スタッフ総勢50名とともに、200名以上の学生が参加しました。

厳しい就職環境を乗り越え、職業人としてのキャリアをスタートさせるために、就職活動の準備を徹底して行うプログラムを二日間にわたって実施しました。
具体的には、一日目、全体オリエンテーションのあと、クラスや学年も違う７つのグループ に分かれて、グループワーク等を行いました。第一印象のチェックや、自己分析・自己ＰＲのブラッシュアップを徹底的に行いました。また、夕食後は内定を果 たした先輩の体験談を聞きながら交流会を行い、具体的な就職活動成功のためのイメージを全員で共有しました。最後は深夜まで、履歴書の完成に向けた個別添 削のワークや、卒業生との懇談会などを行いました。

二日目、午前中は面接マナーやグループディスカッションの徹底トレーニングを行い、午後からは企業で実際に面接官をしていただいている方々も交えて、本格的な模擬面接を行いました。本番さながらの緊張感が漂い、学生たちの顔も真剣そのものでした。

最後に全体の修了式では、各教室のグループ代表によるスピーチと講師からのコメントがあ りました。学生からは今回のハードな二日間のプログラムを振り返り、大きなインパクトを受けたことや気持ちの変化、就職活動に対する覚悟、このキャンプに かかわった多くの人たちへの感謝の気持ちなどが述べられました。
参加された学生のみなさん、本当にお疲れさまです。
この二日間の実践と、そこで得た「気付き」を糧として、またグループワークを通じて得た仲間とともに、職業人としてのキャリア形成に向けた就職活動のよいスタートを切ってください！
